Mushroom 50 Live is a celebration of Australia's most iconic music company with some of the country’s most adored artists across multiple generations coming together for a once-in-a-lifetime event. The mega concert showcased fifty songs to celebrate fifty years of Mushroom music, with artists playing a mix of originals and covers of iconic Mushroom songs. This one-night-only event, held on Sunday 26 November, at Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne captured the attention of a nation overnight, becoming a ratings boon for Network 7 after 990,000 people tuned in to watch the broadcast – making it Sunday night’s #1 entertainment program.
